PURCHASING PLANTSThere are so many places to purchase plants!
MY PLANT SALE INFO IS BELOW! You can travel to all parts of the globe and send away to many different catalogs or web sites but you have to keep in mind a couple of things!! You can find some local gardeners and not have to travel very far. Locally grown plants are almost always guaranteed to grow because they were grown in your zone (we are zone 6 (-10) but we went down to zone 4 the winter of 2004 when we went down to -30!) If you purchase plants at a nursery or store, check the tag for the zone, if none is listed, you might want to check a plant book to see what the zone is before purchasing the plant. If you buy plants from my garden, they will grow in yours-no need to check for the zone Your garden conditions--see under the conditions tab above to check out more information on zones, climate, soil and water. If you are in the Wakefield, MA area or like to travel, I sell perennials, perennial herbs, perennial mums, scented geraniums from spring to fall ( I usually have scented geraniums in rose, citronella--mosquito plant, and mint scents) and they can be planted outdoors in containers or in the ground or as house plants). I also have a few house plants/tropicals and quite a few scented geraniums at this time of which they are the Citrus (citronella) scent to keep away the mosquitoes. They are only $3.00 each and will grow like crazy once you put them outside in the sun. |

Open April to Nov Hundreds of plants available: $3 SM 4" POTS $5 LARGE 6" POTS $6-10 for larger pots SOME FRESH DUG DATURA $3 EACH, RARE PURPLE/WHITE PLANTS, Seeds are $3 for a package I will dig for you if I have enough of the plant you want and it isn't in a pot (most pots have lots of plants in them) My plants are better than the big box stores, nurseries, cheaper, organic grown and you get help from ME! Support your local grower and buy local. HARDY PERENNIALS GOOD TO ZONE 6A (to minus 10 degrees)--MOST WILL TAKE THE COLD TO -30 degrees or zone 4 All plants grown in my gardens and not in a greenhouse. They don't sell some of mine at garden centers, many are heirloom and some invasive--come check them out and tour the gardens. I use organic fertilizer on all plants and my grass, Neptune's Harvest, 32oz container is only $20 and you can purchase it when you come to my garden, I love their Crab Shell too and it is great to ward off slugs and cut worms.
