Lots of Tomatoes--can't be planted till after May 15 at least but usually after Memorial Day. Purchase plants that are organic & heirloom.

Kale--can be grown from seeds, purchase seeds that are organic or heirloom

Veggie garden--in the middle of summer

Garlic Scapes--can be cut off the tops of the garlic and it will still mature fine, you are picking the bulbs later just like onions
